According to the National Association of Realtors, When a seller spends 1-3% of the value of their home on preparing it for sale, they reaped 8-10% in average price value.

  • Vacant home staging is designed for sellers who are no longer living in the home while it is on the market.

This service includes rental of furnishings and accessories from our private inventory collection.

The design of the space and selection of furnishings is tailored to the demographic of the potential buyer, neighborhood, price point, and architectural style of the home.

Professional arranged, these furnishings enhance focal points and promote the unique architectural features of your home. Carefully selected accessories are then added to speak to the lifestyle of the potential buyer.

Vacant homes tend to show smaller in person. Potential buyers are left wondering if their bed or sofa will fit in the space.

Over 99% of buyers begin their home search online. Photos of vacant properties don’t show well online since there’s no point of reference in the photo to determine size and scale of the room.

  • Occupied home staging is designed for sellers who are living in the home while it is on the market.

This service uses only existing furnishings in the home.

The design of the space and selection of furnishings within the home is tailored to the demographic of the potential buyer, neighborhood, price point, and architectural style of the home.

The focus of occupied home staging is editing items within the home to appeal to the largest pool of prospective buyers. We do this by creating a thoughtfully designed space which will resonate with potential buyers.

One of the benefits of occupied home staging is it places a fresh set of eyes on your living space. When you live in a home, often, you will overlook items that need attention. We call it having a ‘blind spot’.

Another benefit of occupied home staging is it refreshes a space. Without a doubt, a staged home is different than how you may have it currently arranged for day-to-day living. Often, we recommend removing items from rooms to create better flow and sight lines.

  • Enhanced home staging is designed for sellers who are living in the home while it is on the market, but may need some extra help in one or two rooms.

This service uses a combination of existing items in the home + rental of furnishings and accessories from our private inventory collection.

The design of the space and selection of furnishings within the home is tailored to the demographic of the potential buyer, neighborhood, price point, and architectural style of the home.

The focus of enhanced staging is adding our furnishings or accessories, to a few key areas, to blend seamlessly with existing items in the home. The goal is to appeal to the largest pool of prospective buyers. We do this by creating a thoughtfully designed space which will resonate with potential buyers.

One of the benefits of enhanced home staging is it can elevate a space quickly and affordably.

Another benefit of enhanced home staging is it can fill in the blanks in the home. That living room that is used for a homework space, really needs to be shown as a living room again. This is where we come in to elevate the space back into a formal living room.

  • Truly a game plan to get your home ready to list. It’s a perfect balance of professional insight and affordability as you will execute the suggestions within your time frame.

This consultation provides valuable feedback on how to best highlight the homes potential to future buyers. This is critical information for both a seller and their realtor.

Incredibly thorough. We look at your home through a buyer's eyes from floor to ceiling, inside and outside.
